Hi All,
2019 has now been and gone but it hasnt stopped us here at IncQbait, both at HQ and also the team.
Here at HQ we have been brainstorming and creating alot of content for all involved, a new bait is currently being finished to dispatch out to the team in early Feb. This will consist of boilies, ranging from 12, 16 and 20mm, boilie soak, which stinks and pop ups again, in 12mm. I've been testing them late last year, and with a good resulting 25.5lb Mirror.
Two of the lads have been spending time on the bank alot over winter, Josh and Scott. The lads have been delivering the goods while alot of anglers, not all, are waiting for the warmer climate past January and February. The lads did an overnight during the middle of January in minus temperatures, pitching our bait against a couple of fellahs using a very well known and well used bait. The results of which came down to five Carp to IncQbait and zero to the lads using the very well known and respected bait. And in my own words talking to Scott, 'I am shocked'. We had out fished the other lads. However, its a testament not just to the bait, but to the skills of both Josh and Scott during what is pretty much down time for fishing at this time of year. It all came together.
In a couple of weeks I hope, myself to be out on the bank with 'The Rain Man' himself, Dave Cook. Dave is coming down to Kent to fish for a few days, and I hope to join him for a short session while I have the time away from work. I believe Dave is looking for a new PB, and if anything, the place we are hoping to fish should give him just that, if it all comes right on the day.
Before I head off, there'll finally be another podcast very soon. Scott has nagged me to do one since things have been skyrocketing here...so expect that soon...
for now enjoy the pics from a good winters haul
thanks for dropping in...
Jay
